At Feature, we strive for perfection in every order, but we understand that sometimes a fit isn't right. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
